What do other companies charge in DFW?

Dumpster price aggregators list Dallas-area roll-off rentals mostly between about $400 and $1,035, with averages near $670 to $680 across sizes. Those are third-party figures from other companies, not our price, and they rarely state the included tons or overage rate behind each number.

When you compare quotes, ask each company the same four questions: how many tons are included, what each extra ton costs, how partial tons are rounded, and whether you get the scale ticket.

Why do dumpster prices change from one address to another?

Dumpster prices change with three things: the per-ton fee the disposal site charges, the drive from our Carrollton yard to your address, and the debris type. Clean concrete or dirt can qualify for clean-fill pricing; mixed loads are weighed and billed as mixed debris.

Seasons matter too. Spring cleanouts and hail-season roofing raise demand, so book a few days ahead when you can.

How do I keep the final bill equal to the quote?

Keep the final bill equal to the quote by staying under the included tons, loading no higher than the rim, keeping fee items out unless you told us, and clearing the drop spot. Our overage is $75 per ton by the exact pound, so going 300 lb over costs $11.25, not a full ton.

  1. Pick the size by weight as well as volume (weight guide).
  2. Load heavy items low and spread them (loading guide).
  3. Tell us about mattresses, tires or appliances when you book.
  4. Keep cars, gates and wires clear of the drop zone (placement guide).
  5. Call before day 7 if you need more time.

Dumpster cost questions

How much does it cost to rent a dumpster in Dallas–Fort Worth?

Published DFW prices for a one-week 20-yard rental commonly run in the $400s to $700s, depending on the company, the included tons and the disposal site. Call (945) 313-7111 for our exact flat rate for your size and address.

Why don't you list your price online?

Our flat-rate base price changes with the season and the disposal site that serves your address. A quick call gets you the exact number with every inclusion and fee spelled out, so the quote matches the final bill.

What extra fees can a dumpster rental have?

Our possible extras are weight over the included tons ($75/ton), extra days ($25/day), a $125 trip fee if the bin can't be placed or picked up, $50 per mattress, tire or Freon appliance, and a $50 rush fee for same-day delivery.

Is a dumpster cheaper than junk removal?

A dumpster is usually cheaper when you have more than a pickup load or two and can load it yourself. Junk removal often wins for a few bulky items you can't lift. See our dumpster vs junk removal guide.

When do I get the final bill?

The final invoice is emailed 3 to 5 business days after pickup, once the landfill processes the disposal log. It includes a copy of the certified scale ticket.
